Why is the marquee at the clubhouse no longer used for events and announcements?

The reason the events committee and others can not use the marquee is because of a resident of Holiday Village.  

There is a resident who tears all the letters off the marquee EVERY night and then destroys the letters.  This has been a constant problem for the Village.  These letters are costly as is the labor to try and re-post messages.  The Board recently initiated actions to hopefully rectify this situation.
